To properly disseminate correct public land transportation fare rates and to avoid any conflict between passengers and drivers/conductors, all public land transportation service operators and drivers are hereby directed to display in any conspicuous place of their vehicles the authorized fare matrix for the specific route granted them.

Anyone found violating the provision of this Memorandum Circular shall be penalized with the following:

First Offense            -        P500.00

Second Offense       -        P1 ,000.00

Third Offense           -        Suspension of authority of the concerned unit

For Metro Manila routes, authorized fare matriced are available in the LTFRB - Central Office free of charge.

This Memorandum Circular shall take effect immediately.
