Please be informed of the following rules to be observed in the event that a producer/distribution/blocktimer submits a material for review that is declared as a new version:

1.      For a review material to be considered a new version, at least 30% of the material should consist of new footages or footages that are not present in the old version.

2.      The old version of the film has to be submitted to the Board for purposes of comparison.

3.      A member of the Committee who reviewed the old version shall sit in the review of the new version.

This Memorandum Circular shall take effect immediately.
