The PPA Board of Directors, in its meeting held on 25 February 1999, resolved to implement the balance of ten percent (10%) increase in arrastre charges for containerized cargo at MICT and South Harbor per Board Resolution No. 1768. Said ten percent (10%) increase is part of the total twenty percent (20%) increase approved on December 10, 1998.

The above ten percent (10%) increase shall be effective on June 01, 1999 subject to the publication of this circular in two (2) newspapers of general circulation.
