In view of the clamor and fear of film producers regarding film piracy, please be informed that review materials can now be released immediately after review, regardless of its approval or disapproval. However, in instances where there are voluntarily deleted scenes in the material, the required two (2) sets of cuts shall have to be submitted to the Board and shall remain with the Board for purposes of monitoring and spot-checking.

This memo shall take effect immediately.

Please be guided accordingly.
