As a result of the Review of Programs and Project Priorities held at the Head Office last 21 and 22 March 2001, you are hereby advised that the suspension of project implementation (i.e. prequalification/eligibility screening, bidding, award and contract processing) under PPA Memorandum Order No. 06-2001 is hereby lifted.  You are therefore, advised to continue with the implementation of your respective Locally Funded Projects (LFP-HO, LFP-FO and R/M) under the CY 2001 approved budget.  However, the construction of new office building, e.g., the PPA Head Office Building, shall remain suspended in compliance with Administrative Order No. 5 of the Office of the President.
