Pursuant to No.7 of Sugar Order No.2, Series of 1986-1987 and per request of parties involved, the cancellation of license of registered sugar traders, molasses traders and muscovado converters who failed to submit its monthly reports for the third (3rd) time (3rd offense) are hereby given reconsideration.

In view thereof, all concerned are given a ninety (90) day grace period from the date hereof within which to submit their monthly reports. Further, new guidelines shall be issued regarding the submission of the subject reports per said Sugar Order No.2.
