[ SRA GENERAL ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. 1A, MARCH 12, 2002, March 12, 2002 ]

AMENDMENT TO GENERAL ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. 1. SERIES OF 2001-2002 RE: INCREASE IN FEES AND CHARGES



There is a need to amend certain provision in SRA General Administrative Order No. 1 series of 2001-2002 pursuant to Executive Order No. 197 dated January 13, 2000 and by virtue of the powers vested in the Sugar Regulatory Administration, it is hereby ordered that:

SECTION 1.   Section 1 (4) of SRA General Administrative Order No. 1, Series of 2001-2002, dated January 17, 2002, is hereby amended, to read as follows:

"a)        Monitoring Fee

a) Raw to Refined/Washed

P2.00 per LKG

b) Direct Consumption Sugar such as White Sugar, Mill Factory White sugar, Blanco Directo, Plantation White sugar, Improved Raw sugar, Silver Raw, Premium Raw and others.

 

 

 

 

 

P2.00 per LKG

SECTION 2.   Other provisions of SRA General Administrative Order No. 1, series of 2001-2002, shall remain in full force and effect.

SECTION 3.   This Order shall take effect Fifteen (15) days after publication.
