This is to clarify that the term "large enterprises" which was defined under Circular No. 376 dated March 20, 2003 as all enterprises with total assets of more than one hundred million (P100,000, 000.00), shall likewise refer to "large scale enterprises" as referred to in Subsection X342.1 of the Manual of Regulations for Banks (MORB).

Please be guided accordingly.
