All concerned officials of the DOST System are hereby directed to adopt and ensure the efficient implementation of the attached amended DOST Merit Selection Plan (MSP)^[*] which was duly approved by the Civil Service Commission (CSC) on January 06, 2009.

This Order supersedes all previous issuances considered inconsistent herewith.
