Attention of all concerned planters associations/cooperatives is again hereby invited to the provision of Section 1 of SRA Sugar Order No. 9, Series of 1993-1994, concerning the reinstitution of verification/signing of Sugar Release Order, which reads as follows:

œSection 1. (a) Any planters association/cooperative may petition the SRA Administrator if they desire a reinstitution of the provisions of Section 2 of SRA Sugar Order No. 5, Series of 1992-1993, with regard to the signing of the prepared and approved SRO by the representative of the planters association/cooperative concerned prior to release/withdrawal of sugar from the mill warehouse;

b) In such cases, the Administrator may grant said petition, subject to such terms and conditions as he may deem appropriate. 

In view thereof, all interested planter associations/cooperatives may write to the SRA Administrator for consideration and approval about their intention to be one of the signatories in the Sugar Release Order prior to the release/withdrawal of sugar from the mill warehouse.

This Circular Letter shall take effect immediately.
