This has reference to Memorandum Circular No. ACL-2009-1146 dated 11 May 2009 relative to the printing of CSR in the ordinary bond paper beginning 15 May 2009.

In view hereof, please be informed that the printing of CSR in the prescribed form shall resume starting 08 June 2009. Furthermore, please take note that CSRs printed in ordinary bond paper after 06 June 2009 presented as a requirement of registration shall be considered null and void.
