Attached is a CIRCULAR LETTER from the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas informing on the Amendments to the FOREIGN CURRENCY DECLARATION FORM, specifically Instructions No. 1 and 4 on the reverse side thereof.

Particular attention is invited to the directive that the original copy of such form "shall be submitted to the BoC which shall in turn submit to the AMLC (Anti-Money Laundering Council) all such Original Forms received each month within 10 days after the end of each month."
