In view of the misrepresentation/falsification committed in the Pre-C documents of Phil-Mate Trading and Construction by its Proprietress, Ms. Desiree Dijamco and Architect A. Dela Cruz, Proprietor of A. Dela Cruz Concrete and Asphalt Construction in connection with the simultaneous bidding for the Improvement of Drainage System at Domestic Road, Pasay City, the said construction firms and their proprietors pursuant to Clause IB 10.5, IRR, PD 1594 are hereby suspended/blacklisted for a period of one (1) year from entering into any contract or participating in any bidding in the Department of Public Works and Highways and its line agencies effective September 25, 1992.
