Pursuant to the multilateral agreements made during the 3rd and 4th Working Group Meetings on People Mobility held in Brunei (October 1995) and Indonesia (June 1996) of the Brunei-Indonesia-Malaysia-Philippines (BIMP) East Asia Growth Area (EAGA), a provision that worker ™s passport shall be in  his/her custody during the entire contract duration shall now be incorporated in the Standard Employment Contract for Various Skills for the EAGA region. (Refer to Annex A)^* .

This order takes effect immediately.
