REVISED SUGAR POLICY ON THE CLASSIFICATION AND PERCENTAGE ALLOCATION FOR CY 2003-2004
WHEREAS, Sugar Order No. 6, dated 24 February 2004, Series of 2003-2004 has classified and allocated twenty percent (20%) of the weekly sugar production as "C" or Reserve sugar;
WHEREAS, the "C" or Reserve sugar production from week-ending 07 March 2004 is deemed sufficient;
NOW, THEREFORE, under and by virtue of the authority vested in the Sugar Regulatory Administration (SRA), it is hereby ordered that:

WHEREAS, Sugar Order No. 6, dated 24 February 2004, Series of 2003-2004 has classified and allocated twenty percent (20%) of the weekly sugar production as "C" or Reserve sugar;
WHEREAS, the "C" or Reserve sugar production from week-ending 07 March 2004 is deemed sufficient;
NOW, THEREFORE, under and by virtue of the authority vested in the Sugar Regulatory Administration (SRA), it is hereby ordered that:
SECTION 1. The percentage allocation for the different classes of sugar under Section 1-d of Sugar Order No. 6, series of 2003-2004, is hereby revised.
All sugar production for the Crop Year 2003-2004 beginning week-ending 16 May 2004 shall be issued weekly quedan-permits by mill companies in the following classification and percentage:
"A" or U.S. Quota Sugar - 6.00%"B" or Domestic Sugar - 93.50%"B-1" or Food Processors'/Exporters' Sugar - 0.50% Total 100.00%
SECTION 2. Other provisions of Sugar Order No. 6, Series of 2003-2004 shall remain in full force and effect.
SECTION 3. This Sugar Order shall take effect 16 May 2004.
