Pursuant to Monetary Board Resolution No. 239 dated March 01, 1991, Section 21 of CB Circular 1029 dated October 12, 1984, is hereby amended to read as follows:

œSection 21. Allowable imports under DA and OA basis

Subject to specific regulations on certain commodities, qualified importers may import commodities inclusive of non-EP items provided that the same shall be for the firm ™s exclusive end-use in relation to their manufacture of products for export. 

This Circular shall take effect immediately.
