[ BSP CIRCULAR NO. 1279, March 19, 1991 ]

IMPORTATION NOT REQUIRING PRIOR APPROVAL OF THE GOVERNMENT AGENCY



In accordance with the recommendation of the NEDA Board Committee on Trade and Related Matters and as approved by the Monetary Board under Resolution No. 202 dated February 15, 1991, the importation of the commodities listed in attached Annex * no longer requires the prior approval of the government agency likewise indicated therein.

This amends pertinent portions of Section 8 of Circular 1029, series of 1984 and MAAB No. 1, series of 1990 accordingly.

This Circular shall take effect immediately.
