ANTI-DUMPING DECISION
Attached is the Decision* dated June 17, 1999 of Anti-Dumping Case No. 97-04 entitled IN THE MATTER OF THE MOTION FOR RECONSIDERATION OF ANTI-DUMPING DECISION NO. 1-99 ON THE IMPORTATION OF SODIUM TRIPOLYPHOSPHATE (STPP) FROM PEOPLE'S REPUBLIC OF CHINA (PROC) filed by Chemphil Albright and Wilson Corporation, the dispositive portion of which reads:
"Wherefore, premises considered, the Special Committee on Anti-Dumping amends its Anti-Dumping Decision No. 1-99 and it is hereby ordered that the full dumping margins as computed by the Tariff Commission be imposed on the protested articles as follows:
