In order to strengthen our monitoring system and further ensure maximum protection of Filipino caretakers/domestic helpers bound for Taiwan, a duly accomplished information sheet of direct employers shall be a requirement for verification at the Philippine Labor Center (PLC). The said information sheet, a facsimile of which is an attachment to this memorandum circular, should be attached to the individual employment contract of caretakers/domestic helpers submitted to PLC for verification.

This memorandum takes effect immediately.
