Please be informed that the hereunder quoted resolution has been passed by the Board in its regular Board Meeting last November 27, 1992.

Board Resolution No. 92-11-32

"RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved, that producers, distributors, assignees and/or video right owners of cinematographic titles are given until December 29, 1992 to record their rights with the Board.

"RESOLVED, further, that producers, distributors, assignees and/or video right owners who fail to record their title within the period provided herein, shall be considered to have waived, until such time they have made such recordation, protection of such rights."
