Pursuant to CSC Resolution No. 99-1745, dated August 9, 1999, the Commission promulgated that agency heads may give preference to LSP graduates on matters of promotion, provided that the graduate and other candidates for promotion to a vacant position equally meet the qualification standards and other requisites of the position.

This Memorandum Circular shall take effect immediately.
