Pursuant to Governing Board Resolution No. 05, Series of 1994 and given the unstable peace and order situation presently obtaining in Croatia and in the countries within its periphery, processing and development of all contract workers bound to Croatia is hereby suspended. Only United Nations' sponsored projects may be allowed to hire Filipino workers in said country provided further that the welfare of workers are guaranteed and they are informed of the risks they may face.
