In the best interest of the service and pursuant to the objective of recovering the full cost of services rendered as embodied under Executive Order No. 159 and in relation to Paragraph II (17) of Department Order No. 93-693 and implementing Memorandum dated 16 May 1994, a fee in the amount of Thirty Pesos (P30.00) shall be charged and collected for every clearance, verification and certification officially issued by this Office.

All Orders and memoranda inconsistent herewith are deemed superseded or modified accordingly.
