Henceforth, to preserve the integrity of NBI exhumation and/or autopsy proceedings, it is directed that only NBI Crime Photographers from the Photo Laboratory and Printing Division (PPD) shall take photographs thereof.

Members of NBI exhumation and/or autopsy teams shall see to it that this Memorandum Order is strictly complied with.

Violation hereof shall be dealt with accordingly.
