Hereunder are the amended/corrected rates of fees and charges of the Department of Energy, viz:

The foregoing revised rates of fees and charges shall supersede all previously published applicable rates, if any. Said revised rates of fees and charges shall be published once a week for two consecutive weeks in two newspapers of general circulation and shall take effect fifteen (15) days after the last publication.
