REVISED SCHEDULE OF ADMINISTRATIVE FEES AND CHARGES OF THE LAND TRANSPORTATION OFFICE UNDER DEPARTMENT ORDER NO. 93-693

In compliance with the approval by the President of the implementation of Department Order No. 93-693 which was deferred under reference (c) above, you are hereby directed to implement subject revised schedule of administrative fees and charges of the Land Transportation Office effective June 1, 1994.

Revised Schedule of Administrative Fees and Charges of the Land Transportation Office (LTO)
In compliance with Presidential Memorandum Circular No. 121, dated 02 October 1990, as implemented by Department Order No. 66-90 of the Department of Finance dated 29 November 1990, and as recommended, the following schedule of revised fees and charges of the Land Transportation Office (LTO) are hereby adopted for implementation:
The foregoing shall be without prejudice to the institution of appropriate criminal charges as the evidence and circumstance may warrant.
It is understood that all other existing fees and charges not herein listed shall remain at the same rates and shall continue to be enforced.
The revised rates herein prescribed shall be published once a week for two (2) consecutive weeks in two newspapers of general circulation in the Philippines and shall take effect fifteen (15) days thereafter.
All Department Memorandum Orders, Circulars and other Administrative Issuances in conflict with this Department Order are hereby deemed revoked, amended or revised accordingly.
