PAYMENT OF CERTAIN FEES IN CONNECTION WITH CES ELIGIBILITY AND RANK APPOINTMENT



WHEREAS, Presidential Decree No. 1 dated September 24, 1972, created the Career Executive Service Board (CESB) to serve as the governing body of the Career Executive Service (CES) and to promulgate rules, standards and procedures on the selection, classification, compensation and career development of members of the Career Executive Service;

WHEREAS, Paragraph 5 (a), Article IV, Part III of the Integrated Reorganization Plan, approved under P.D. No. 1 provides that œa person who meets such managerial experience and other requirements and passes such examinations, as may be prescribed by the Board, shall be included in the register of career executive eligibles; 

WHEREAS, the Career Executive Service (CES) Eligibility examination process consists of four stages, namely: 1.) Written Examination; 2.) Assessment Center; 3.) Performance Validation; and, 4.) Board Interview;

WHEREAS, the Secretariat has been receiving a number of requests for a feedback session from those who failed in the Assessment Center;

WHEREAS, it is fair and equitable to pay a reasonable amount to the assessor who will conduct the feedback session;

WHEREAS, there are also numerous requests for certification in connection with CES eligibility and rank appointment;

WHEREAS, the payment of applicable fees shall cover the expenses in the processing of the necessary documents and/or reports;

NOW THEREFORE, foregoing premises considered, the Board RESOLVES, as it is hereby RESOLVED, to impose payment of certain fees in connection with CES Eligibility and Rank Appointment, as follows:

1.) Request for feedback session - P1,500.00 (P1 ,000.00 for the assessor and P500.00 for administrative expenses)
2.) Certification of Eligibility and/or Rank Appointment - P80.00
3.) Certified True Copy of Board Resolutions/Circulars - P50.00 / page
4.) Other Pertinent Documents - P50.00 I page
