15% INCREASE IN RENTAL RATES



Pursuant to Sec. 2.3 of CPA Memorandum Circular No. 05-2002 (Revised Guide- lines in the Leasing of CPA Real Estate Properties & Equipment), rental rates of all CPA real estate properties are hereby increased by FIFTEEN PERCENT (15%) effective 01 April 2011.

Pursuant to said increase, below is the set of new rental rates, inclusive of 12% Value Added Tax and rounded off to the nearest peso:
