Please be advised that BSRD no. A010337-0000 dated 9 march 2005 covering registration of the foreign investment of AIG Asian Opportunity Fund L.P., Cayman Islands in Series B Convertible Notes issued by Rustan Supercenters, Inc. has been reported lost.

Said BSRD has been applied for replacement and should not be honored if found and presented for purchase of foreign exchange for repatriation of principal/capital or interest/earnings remittance pursuant to Section 40 of the Manual of Regulations on Foreign exchange Transactions, as amended by Circular no. 698 dated 5 November 2010.
