Please be advised that BSRD No. CB-MEDIAD (FI) 77-855 dated 1 August 1977 evidencing registration of the foreign direct investment of Eastman Kodak Company, U.S.A., in Kodak Philippines Ltd., Manila Branch has been reported lost.

Said registration document has been applied for replacement and should not be honored if found and presented for purchase of foreign exchange for capital repatriation or profit remittance, pursuant to Section 40 of the Manual of Regulations on Foreign Exchange Transactions, as amended by Circular No. 698 dated 5 November 2010.
