In line with the Implementation of the Monitoring and Evaluation for Equity and Effectiveness (ME3) of the FOURrmula One for Health, Administrative Order No. 2009-006 dated May 9, 2009 is hereby amended as follows:

1. The Steering Committee provided for under Management Component shall not be set-up.

2. The Executive Committee (EXECOM) shall set the policies, oversee and give the overall directions of the ME3.

3. The Health Policy Development and Planning Bureau shall have the following roles and responsibilities:

a. Set and update the standards, rules and principles for ME3 implementation;
b. Ensure the integrity of the results and obtain the approval thereof.
c. Authorize publications of results; and
d. Coordinate the implementation of the different scorecards.

Repealing Clause:

Provisions from previous issuances that are inconsistent or contrary to the provisions of this order are hereby rescinded and modified accordingly.

Effectivity:

This order shall take effect immediately.
