As a policy and in the interest of service, all DOST agencies/offices implementing DOST scholarship programs are hereby enjoined to grant uniform rate of monthly stipend as stated below.

Stipend	15,000/month	7,500/month	23,000/month	12,500/month

The aforementioned rates shall be adopted, effective June 2009, subject to the usual accounting rules and regulations.
