DELETION/OMISSION OF OMNIBUS CLAUSE FROM ALL LIFE OR NON-LIFE INSURANCE POLICY FORMS
All life or non-life insurance policy forms shall henceforth omit and/or delete, as the case maybe, the Omnibus Clause provision previously required to be included therein among other standard clauses.
The Omnibus Clause must be deleted from remaining stocks of previously approved life or non-life insurance policy forms and should be omitted in succeeding reprints of the forms.
This circular letter supersedes Circular Letter dated November 27, 1985, and shall take effect immediately.
