Further to the Insurance Memorandum Circular No. 3-2006 dated June 28, 2006 on the above-captioned subject, please be advised that the amount of supervision fee which this Commission shall collect and receive shall be inclusive of the P2,000.00 examination fee prescribed under Section 417 (3) of Presidential Decree No. 612 otherwise known as the Insurance Code of 1978.

Please be guided accordingly.
