You are hereby furnished a copy of the letter from the Hon. Porfirio M. Mayo, Jr., Officer-in-Charge, Office of Protocol and State Visits, Department of Foreign Affairs, relative to the renewal registration of other motor vehicles with diplomatic license plates, (CM, DC, CC and OEV) allegedly being processed without the proper endorsement by the Department of Foreign Affairs through the Office of Protocol and State Visits.

In view thereof, you are hereby reminded that renewal registration of all official and personally owned motor vehicles of the Embassies, Consulates and International Organizations should bear the endorsement from the Office of Protocol and State Visits prior to processing.
