RESOLVED, to APPROVE the following eligibility criteria for forgoing the five percent (5%) interest on amortizations due during the moratorium on housing and consolidated loans due to typhoons Ondoy and Pepeng, as prescribed under Board Resolution No. 173 dated 7 October 2009:

1. those members who applied for the moratorium who may or may not have payments during the moratorium period; and
2. those members in the National Capital Region, Region III, and Region IV-A who did not apply for the moratorium and who had no payments and who did not renew their loans during the moratorium period.
