In the interest of the Service and in view of the delayed conduct of Information and Education Campaign (IEC) in the implementation of DAO No. 2009-16, dated 25 No- vember 2009, the 90 calendar day period granted under the aforesaid DAO is extended for another 90 calendar day reckoned from March 30, 2010, for all FLAgT applicants qualified under Section 7 thereof, to apply for FLAgT.

This Order takes effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in a newspaper of national circulation.
