Memorandum Circular No. 0496-2004 dated 23 February 2004 defines the License Transactions that can be processed at the License Section, Central Office. In addition to these transactions, the said Office shall also accept applications for RENEWAL OF OVERSEAS FILIPINO WORKERS (OFW) who are presently working abroad as specified in Administrative Order No. 88-002, "Validating the expired Driver's License of Overseas Workers" within the National Capital Region.
