ADDENDUM/AMENDMENTS TO DEPARTMENT ORDER NO. 2008-38 (REVISED SCHEDULE OF LTO ADMINISTRATIVE FEES AND CHARGES ON DRIVER S LICENSE/CONDUCTOR S LICENSE)
In view of the need to clarify the imposition of certain Fees and Charges for driver s license and conductor s permit due to some omissions in the Department Order No. 2008-38 (Revised Schedule of LTO Administrative Fees and Charges on Driver s License/ Conductor s Permit) dated 26 August 2008, the following additional fees and charges or revisions are hereby promulgated for implementation:
All previous orders, circulars and other administrative issuances in conflict herewith are deemed superseded and/or otherwise modified accordingly.
EFFECTIVITY - This order shall take effect fifteen (15) days after receipt of copies thereof by the Office of the National Administrative Register (ONAR), U.P. Law Center, Diliman, Quezon City and publication thereof in two (2) newspapers of general nationwide circulation.

- Application Fee for Conductor s License - P100.00
- Change Classification of License with One (1) or more additional Restriction Code - P100.00
- Additional Restriction Code Applied Separately - P100 (per Restriction Code)
- Application Fee for Duplicate Driver s License (in addition to Replacement Fee of P225.00) - P50.00 (regardless of unexpired portion)
- Application Fee for Duplicate Conductor s License (in addition to Replacement Fee of P225) - P50.00 (regardless of unexpired portion)
- Application Fee for Duplicate Student Driving Permit - P50.00
- Penalties (Non-Prof, Prof, Conductor s License) Delinquent for One (1) Day to One (1) Year - P75.00
Delinquent for One (1) Year & One Day to Two (2) Years - P150.00
Delinquent for Two (2) years & One Day to Ten (10) Years - P225.00
