With reference to Memorandum Circular No. 2006-017 dated 01 June 2006 rationalizing the Annual Administrative Fee (AAF) of ecozone developers/operators at a flat rate of Pesos: Forty Five Thousand (PhP45,000) per active/operating locator per year, please be advised that effective 01 September 2008, all Economic Zone Facilities Enterprises will no longer be counted as active operating locators in assessing the AAF of ecozone developers/operators.

Please be guided accordingly.
