For the information and guidance of all concerned, hereto attached as an integral part of this Circular Letter, is General Administrative Order No. 1, Series of 1994-1995 dated October 12, 1994, which prescribed up-dated Service Charges, Monitoring, Permit and Laboratory Analysis Fee, Etc., promulgated pursuant to Executive Order No. 159 dated February 23, 1994 of the Office of the President, Republic of the Philippines, and by virtue of the powers vested in the Sugar Regulatory Administration, it is hereby ordered that:

SECTION 1. The charges and fees under General Administrative Order No. 1, Series of 1994-1995 dated October 12, 1994, except those provided under Section 1, Item 4 (a & b) an Item 5 (a), shall take effect December 1, 1994;

SECTION 2. The Monitoring/Service fee under Item 4 (a & b) shall be collected from production beginning December 5, 1994 and thereafter, until further orders;

SECTION 3. The Milling Permit Fee to Raw Sugar at the rate of P.25 LKG, shall cover production of raw sugar starting September 1, 1994 up to August 31, 1995 and thereafter, until further orders;

SECTION 4. General Administrative Order No. 1, Series of 1990-1991 dated March 6, 1991, as amended, is hereby revised, amended or modified accordingly.
