In consonance with Section 1 of PPA Memorandum Order No. 11-2003 entitled œSubmission of Notice of Arrival and Application for Berth/Anchorage,  and to ensure the safety and security of ports through coordination with other government agencies, a copy of the Notice of Arrival of vessels engaged in international trade shall be submitted to the Philippine Coast Guard at least forty-eight (48) hours prior to their arrival.

This Order takes effect immediately.
