In view of the approval by the Assistant District Engineer, Northern Samar Engineering District of the request for reconsideration of E.P. PACHECO CONSTRUCTION to change from rescission to termination the contracts for the construction of multi-purpose pavements in the following barangays, to wit:

a. Barangay Balud, San Roque;
b. Barangay Bantayan, San Roque;
c. Barangay Camparanga, Pambujan;
d. Barangay Magsaysay, Bobon; and
e. Barangay UEP, Zone III, Catarman

Department Order No. 35 dated February 6, 1991, Suspension/blacklisting of E. PACHECO CONSTRUCTION is hereby lifted.

This order shall take effect immediately.
