In view of the rescission of the contracts of O.C. Sanchez Construction by the OIC-District Engineer, Negros Oriental 2nd Engineering District, Guihulngan, Negros Oriental for incurring intolerable negative slippages in the concreting of the following projects:

1. Jimalalud Road, Jimalalud, Negros Oriental; and
   
   
2. Ayungon Road, Ayungon, Negros Oriental.
   

the said O.C. Sanchez Construction and its proprietor are hereby suspended/blacklisted for a period of one (1) year from even date from participating in any bidding or entering into any contract with the DPWH and its line agencies.

In addition, since O.C. Sanchez Construction and/or its proprietor are liable to the DPWH for the difference in the cost of completing the project vis-a-vis the original contract price and other charges pursuant to Clause 100 of the DPWH Standard Specifications 1988 and Section 3 of P.D. 1870, all concerned are hereby enjoined not to release any sum of money to O.C. Sanchez Construction and/or its proprietor without prior clearance from the Secretary.

Strict compliance herewith is enjoined.
