Pending determination and consideration of the various concerns raised by some religious organizations concerning the operating procedures for Alien Religious Workers (ARW) in the country and pending consultation with concerned organizations and agencies, implementation of Memorandum Circular No. AFF-04-021 dated 24 September 2004 and Supplemental Memorandum Circular No. AFF-04-021A dated 16 December 2004 is hereby suspended up to 31 December 2005.

This Memorandum Order shall take effect immediately.
