In order to maximize the Philippine share in job opportunities available in Taiwan and in view of streamlining policy of this Administration, the name hiring of domestic helpers/caretakers for Taiwan shall be allowed regardless of type of employer but subject to documentary requirements and procedures defined in Memorandum Circular No. 07, Series of 1993.

This Order shall take effect immediately.
