AMENDMENT TO THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE PROGRAM: PROMOTION OF RURAL EMPLOYMENT THROUGH SELF-EMPLOYMENT AND ENTREPRENEURSHIP DEVELOPMENT
This Order is issued to amend Section I F Part III of Department Order No. 28, series of 1996, entitled "Integrated Guidelines on the Implementation of the Promotion of Rural Employment Through Self-Employment and Entrepreneurship Development (PRESEED) Program", which reads:
"PART III
PROVISIONS SPECIFIC TO GRANT COMPONENT
Section I
GENERAL GUIDELINES
I. TRAINING-CUM-PRODUCTION
x x x
F. Eligible conduit
The ACP of the PRESEED program shall be the conduit of the TCP, x x x In cases where there is neither an existing ACP nor a willing and qualified NGO, the local government unit being represented by Governor may qualify as provided for in the Local Government Code."
This provision will now be stated as follows:
"F. Eligible Conduit
"The ACP of the PRESEED Program shall be the conduit of the TCP, x x x. In cases, where there is neither an existing ACP nor a willing and qualified NGO, the local government unit being represented by its Chief Executives, the Governor or Mayor may qualify as provided for in the Local Government Code."
This Order shall take effect immediately.
