In line with the Department ™s Mandate to assist nationals abroad, and its commitment to public service, Department Order No. 07-00 on Revised Consolidated Schedule of Service Fees is hereby amended to:

Service No. 3. Notarial and Other Miscellaneous Services

14. For copies of official records and documents or for certificates in the form of œTO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN  concerning facts appearing in the records of an office furnished private persons and entities, the following fees shall be collected:

e. For photocopies of documents (without certification) per page:	0.10

This Order amends Department Order No. 07-00 and shall be published once a week for two consecutive weeks in two newspapers of general circulations in the Philippines and shall become effective fifteen days after the last publication.
