[ REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8646, May 30, 1998 ]

AN ACT ESTABLISHING A NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF NATONIN, MOUNTAIN PROVINCE, TO BE KNOWN AS THE NATONIN NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR



Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

SECTION 1. There shall be established, under the supervision of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports, a national high school in the Municipality of Natonin, Mountain Province, to be known as Natonin National High School.

SEC. 2. The Department of Education, Culture and Sports shall issue such rules and regulations as may be necessary to carry out the purpose of this Act.

SEC. 3. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.

SEC. 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.

This Act which originated in the House of Representatives was finally passed by the House of Representatives and the Senate on May 22, 1997 and December 11, 1997, respectively.
