CREATING AND DESIGNATING AN EXISTING BUILDING TO BE KNOWN AS GOODLAND I.T. CENTER CONSTRUCTED ON A 2,000-SQUARE METER LOT LOCATED AT 377 SEN. GIL PUYAT AVENUE, MAKATI CITY, AS AN INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY CENTER, PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7916, AS AMENDED BY REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8748



Pursuant to the powers vested in me under Republic Act (RA) No. 7916, otherwise known as the Special Economic Zone Act of 1995, as amended by RA No. 8748, and upon the recommendation of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA), I, BENIGNO S. AQUINO III, President of the Philippines, do hereby create and designate, subject to the provisions of RA No. 7916, as amended, its Implementing Rules and Regulations, Resolution No. 00-411 (s. 2000), as amended by Resolution No. 11-066 (s. 2011) and Resolution No. 11-092 (s. 2011) of the PEZA Board of Directors, an existing building to be known as Goodland I.T. Center, as an Information Technology Center constructed on a lot located at 377 Sen. Gil Puyat Avenue, Makati City, containing an area of Two Thousand (2,000) Square Meters, more or less, as defined by the following technical description:

A parcel of land (Lot 1-F, of the subdivision plan [LRC] Psd-180597, being a portion of Lot 1, [LRC] Psd-171033, LRC Record No. 2029), situated in the Municipality of Makati, Province of Rizal, Island of Luzon.

Bounded on the NE., points 6 to 10 by Lot 2, (LRC) Psd-171033, beyond by Jupiter Street 17.50 m. wide (Street Lot 6, Psd-49226); on the SE., points 10 to 1 by Lot 1-G of the subdivision plan; on the SW., points 1 to 5 by Buendia Avenue Ext. 35.00 m. wide (Street Lot 8, Psd-49226); and on the NW., points 5 to 6 by Lot 1-E of the subdivision plan.
